“At first I was apprehensive about attending a course on Word as I had spent the majority of my working life using the programme. I thought I had a great understanding of it but boy was I WRONG! In the first half of the day John showed me how to use Word in such an efficient manner. He was an incredibly patient, relatable and engaging teacher. I will definitely be coming to him in the future as I’ve only just scratched the surface of Microsoft Word.”
“As I have a love and hate relationship with Excel I was really just hoping to get through this training session as quickly as possible. John managed to turn my attitude around as he showed me how Excel can work harder for you. Once again he was engaging and he knew when to slow down if I wasn’t picking it up quite as quickly. If you ever have the opportunity to be taught by John, you should grasp it with both hands.”
