Family holidays in Cornwall inspired Paul and Laura to bring fabulous handmade Cornish pasties to the masses. They started the Phat Pasty Co business in 2006 from their kitchen table, and set about delivering traditional pasties and homemade goodies to businesses and events in their quirky Phat camper van.
They have since created more delicious pastry delights using truly British ingredients, 100% British meats and have several plant-based options as well as gluten-free pies.
Available for individual customers directly through their website or wholesale customers nationwide. They supply many of the largest foodservice operations across the country including National Trust and English Heritage as well as many independently owned establishments.
How we help Phat Pasty
JPL IT Training Limited worked alongside Phat Pasty to create a bespoke Excel course for their members of staff to help them build on their existing Excel knowledge and skills. The bespoke course creation meant that we were able to tailor the topics covered on the day for everyone to exactly what they needed. The topics ranged from basic up to advanced which wouldn’t have been possible on a standard course. This bespoke option meant the course was able to ‘fill in the gaps’ missing from basic level while building on the knowledge up through to the advanced. John really enjoyed this varied day and being able to help all the staff moving forward in their work.
