Online learning

Our online Microsoft Office training covers a wide range of topics and areas, but are most popular for virtual Excel, Word and PowerPoint training. With the option to book either one of two hour sessions, our trainers will talk you through everything you need to know via screen-sharing technology. During some parts of the course, we will guide trainees through task demonstrations via our own screens, and then trainees will have the opportunity to showcase their work and newly acquired skills through their own screen sharing afterwards. This type of training ensures that we can still work collaboratively and offer the best opportunities for upskilling and learning regardless of the fact that it is online.

Virtual Basic Excel Training Course

The objective of this basic Excel course is to allow the trainee to be able to build and edit individual worksheets through learning formatting skills of cells and columns.

Virtual Intermediate Excel Training Course

The objective of this course is to equip the trainee with the knowledge of regularly used features in business. Some of the features covered are creating Charts, Sub Totalling, Sorting and Filtering.

Virtual Advanced Excel Training Course

The objective of this course is to equip the attendee with understanding of more complex Excel features. Some features included are the creation of complex charts, text and logical functions, advanced filtering and the analysis of unique lists.

Virtual Basic Word Training Course

The aim of this course is to equip the trainee with the knowledge of how to lay out a document in Word, gain skills in text alignment and how to select words, sentences and paragraphs.

Virtual Intermediate Word Training Course

The objective of this virtual course is to equip the attendee to develop an understanding of more in depth features in Word. Some of the features covered include introducing sorts and formulas into Tables, formatting objects and creating a simple macro in Word.

The objective of this course is to equip the trainee with the skills to be able to create a simple slide show presentation. This will done through the use of a master slide layout and also using some design templates.

I had a workshop session with John on a survey report that was taking a considerable amount of time to complete. John explained to us that if we changed how we were initially setting out the data that the production of reports and pivot tables would be much quicker.
