Read Full TestimonialAll of our Microsoft Access training courses are full day courses, typically running from 9:30am to 4pm with two coffee breaks and a lunch break throughout to break up the course. Timings can be slightly flexible though to fit in with your needs. We can also bespoke the content alongside the second day course content to make it a 1 day course, just with less content on each of the topics. Just ask, we’d be happy to help.
The key content that is covered in this Microsoft Access Training Course can be found below:
The objective of this Microsoft Access Training Course is to enable the trainee to create a simple database using Tables, Relationships and Queries. This is the first day of our 2 Basic Access day courses. This first day will give trainees a good introduction to databases looking at glossary of terms too.
How is the Basic Access Day 1 training course structured?
Our Access training is split up into a 2 day course. The first day covers topics to enable trainees to learn the basics of how to create a database. There is also a mid morning break, lunch break and mid afternoon break planned in to make sure that it isn’t too much information for you in one go.
Does the training cover the latest Microsoft Office 365 updates?
Definitely. The content of our Access training courses transfers across and is compatible with any future updates of Microsoft 365. As well as this though, all of our Access 365 training courses are reviewed regularly to ensure any new tools and features are not missed out.
How can Microsoft Access training benefit my business?
Access is a package that can sometimes be the answer to a businesses problem. It is often used to hold data in it, as it is a good package for creating databases and then producing reports and forms from that data. It isn’t as easy to pick up with no existing knowledge in it, so training in it will benefit any member of staff greatly. It can develop existing data analysis skills further and strengthen confidence and ability in creating and using these databases, helping your business stand out in any industry.
How do I know if this is the right level course for my Access training needs?
As our Access training is split up into a 2 day course, both levels would be the right level for your needs. We strongly recommend attending both of these courses to have a good round understanding of the package to then be able to use it effectively in your job. Day 1 would need to be completed before going on to Day 2.
