How we help Harvey and Brockless

Harvey and Brockless cheese roomJPL IT Training Limited have been working closely with Harvey and Brockless (formerly Cheese Cellar) for several years now in developing their staff’s knowledge of MS Office applications. We have usually run group based training on site in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook followed by a series of “surgery” sessions where John goes on site and spend a couple of hours with staff working on their own data and jointly resolving their own issues. This has concentrated their skills in each function particularly in Excel. Harvey and Brockless are great fans of Vlookups in Excel and therefore this has also been a favourite stamping ground for them with John.

Quote from Miriam Gorman, Depot Business Improvement Manager

“We have worked with John for a number of years now in group environments from basic to masterclass levels, and in 121 sessions tailored around our specific requirements. We’ve seen in this time, our staff grow in confidence and ability through John’s tuition, which has in turn benefitted our company and our staffs’ own development.”Harvey and Brockless training room
