“Thank you John – today was fab it was just the right mix of familiar and new and I cant wait to apply some of the new learnings to my everyday work, I will try and calculate how much time I save once I’m in the swing of things! I really hope we get to do the advanced training in future as well.
It must have been a real challenge for you to adapt everything to fully online but I think you’ve got it bang on, and, despite the expected challenges of all day sessions, I feel like I took a lot in throughout the day and have some great notes to refer back to”.
