Redwing Solutions Ltd specialises in HR for Early Years’, assisting Day Nurseries, Pre-schools and Out of School Clubs. It started in 2004 when Imogen Edmunds decided she’d had enough of the corporate world and wanted to build her own independent HR consultancy business. After looking through a RSPB Handbook she discovered the Redwing bird and Redwing Solutions was born.
Their brand of HR proved more popular than they could have imagined. With a friendly approach being the centre of their values, they want their clients to feel they can call them up to bounce off ideas and talk through any worries.
They now operate out of a converted cattle shed in the outskirts of Redditch.
How we help Redwing Solutions
JPL IT Training Limited have been providing training for the team at Redwing Solutions Ltd for several years now. We started carrying out courses back at their original premises and then more recently have trained them at their newer premises on the outskirts of Redditch.
We’ve trained from PowerPoint to Word to Excel for members off staff and at a variety of levels too. We’ve built on PowerPoint presentation skills, increased knowledge in spreadsheets and shown new features in Word documents to help the staff in their day to day job roles.
