Outlook Training Course Content

Our Outlook training course can be carried out in all versions of Microsoft.

This course is a half day course, typically running from 9:30am to 12pm with a coffee break to break up the course. Timings can be slightly flexible though to fit in with your needs. We can also create a bespoke course to tailor the contents of the course to your needs. Just ask, we’d be happy to help.

  • Create, reply, forward and format emails with attachments
  • Understand the efficient ways of working with quick styles, quick parts and filing systems
  • Create appointments and meeting requests
  • Create contacts and export them
  • Create and manage and allocate tasks
  • Scheduling of meetings

Course Objectives

During this course you will learn how to manage emails including their filing, categorisation, prioritisations and formatting. You will also learn about the Calendar functions, Task creation and Contacts.

We cover a variety of topics in our Outlook course. The topics are structured to build up your knowledge throughout the day. There is also a mid morning break planned in to break up the course content in this half day course.

 

Does the training cover the latest Microsoft Office 365 updates?
Yes. The content of our Outlook training course transfers across and is compatible with any future updates of Microsoft 365. As well as this though, our Outlook 365 training course is reviewed regularly to ensure any new tools and features are not missed out.
