At JPL we offer high quality Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook and Project training throughout Shropshire.

Here at JPL we offer a wide variety of courses that have been developed to cover all the Microsoft Office modules. All of the courses that we offer can be conducted on or off site depending on what you need. We are able to offer group based training as well as more informal one to one training. Alongside the large choice of standard courses, we offer the service of creating a bespoke course to meet your training needs.

Style of training

Over the years we have carried out training for a number of customers and so have developed our training style on feedback from them. As a result we approach our training with a more practical based style as that is what we’ve found our customers prefer most. We also feel that our trainees learn better too as they can practice skills as they learn them. A lot of our customers provide their own computers/laptops for the training but if you can’t that is not a problem, we have some that we can loan on the day for training.

Every attendee is provided with a set of course notes to take away with them

Access to exercises throughout the whole course to practice skills being learnt

Once they have completed the course, each attendee will receive a certificate for the training
