Basic Day 2 Access Training Course

Our Basic Access Day 2 training course can be carried out in the following versions: 2010, 2013, 2016 and 365.

All of our courses are full day courses, typically running from 9:30am to 4pm with two coffee breaks and a lunch break throughout to break up the course. Timings can be slightly flexible though to fit in with your needs. We can also bespoke the content alongside the first day course content to make it a 1 day course, just with less content on each of the topics. Just ask, we’d be happy to help.

Course Objectives

The objective of this course is to enable the trainee to use Forms design and to create macros and reports from an existing database. It complements the first day of our 2 basic Access day courses and is best followed on from attending that course as it will give a good all round knowledge of Access for attendees to create and use their own databases.

John and Rachel show great patience and can really pin point individual needs. All of our departments have benefited from the training, and we are already looking for our next opportunity to extend our skills with JPL.

Fatherson Bakery Testimonial – swapping baking for Excel & PowerPoint!

I worked with John and the team at JPL who created a bespoke training program for us. This was across Excel and PowerPoint to train all our teams up to a standard we needed in the business.

They have developed a Bronze, Silver & Gold 1 day course for us. This allows our team to develop their IT and use practical examples for the their day to day roles.

Feedback has been positive and we look forward to rolling out more with John in the coming months.

Snow Business testimonial – working alongside staff in Excel

The session was very well structured with a good combination of theory and practical work. It was very useful to do individual examples of each task and the course notes are thorough without being confusing. John was a great teacher and catered for all knowledge levels. The pace of the day was great, at no point did we feel John was moving on too quickly but the sessions didn’t ‘drag’.
